[rabbitmq-discuss] plugins not loading.

The maintainer for this package has submitted a fix which should arrive
in the ports tree shortly. In the meantime you can edit
/usr/local/sbin/rabbitmq-plugins and define
ENABLED_PLUGINS_FILE=/usr/local/etc/rabbitmq/enabled_plugins
