SimpleAmqpClient is a developer-friendly C++ wrapper around rabbitmq-c,
focused around a light-weight RPC use-case

New features for SimpleAmqpClient v2.4:
- New API: BasicReject
- New API: DeclareQueueWithCounts
- Support for consumer cancellation notification
- Enhanced BasicConsumeMessage to wait on multiple consumer tags.
