[rabbitmq-discuss] ERLANG_HOME not set correctly

Is the ERLANG_HOME environment variable set for *all* users or just for 
one account? It is possible that the user it is set for is not the user 
that broker is being run by. Try setting this as a system environment 
variable and see if that helps.
