[rabbitmq-discuss] Run RabbitMQ Service

Hi,

I follow the guide http://geneabase.com/docs/RabbitMQ_setup, and succeed to run RabbitMQ service under a local user(I created a user named "rabbituser" in my computer). But when I use a domain user(named "global\rabbituser"), failed to start the service, if I reboot my computer, RabbitMQ could be started, but when I restarted it, it failed to restart. Our IT changed ours some environment variables like %HOMEDRIVE%. I don't know how to investigate the issue, could you please give me a hand?
Here are logs from system event viewer when starting service, there are no logs in rabbitmq log files:

The RabbitMQ service terminated with the following error:
The process terminated unexpectedly.

RabbitMQ: Erlang machine stopped instantly (distribution name conflict?). The service is not restarted as OnFail is set to ignore.
