[rabbitmq-discuss] Force Close all Connections from Management API

Hello -

I am using 3.1.3 rabbitmq. Do we have an option to force close all
connections from Management API in the future releases?

If we dont, can we please add this as a feature? This is an useful feature
for those who have active-active/active-standby clusters running and to
force all the connections to reconnect to another cluster.
