And indeed I now see that Ubuntu ships a packaging of Cowboy which does
exactly that:
http://packages.ubuntu.com/trusty/amd64/erlang-cowboy/filelist
I wish they wouldn't do that, especially for a fast-moving API like
Cowboy...
