[rabbitmq-discuss] Heatbeat configuration

On the rabbitmq server side, you can add a field under
/etc/rabbitmq/rabbitmq.config (https://www.rabbitmq.com/configure.html)
with heartbeat interval value. Setting that to 0 disables the hearbeat.
Default is 600.
