[rabbitmq-discuss] Can someone tell me whether the following bug has been fixed?

Right now I ran into the problem by using 2.8.4. 

[rabbitmq-discuss] Hang while waiting for shutdown of last node in an HA 
cluster

I can't be sure by just reading the CHANGELOG and this bug is too rare to 
be confirmed being fixed by testing.

Can someone tell me whether this bug has been fixed?
