[rabbitmq-discuss] Feature: rabbitmq-management: Display "Time To Empty" for queues

It would be helpful to have a "Time To Empty" column that would tell you
how much time it will take for a queue to empty where the value is based on
the publish/consume rates.

If the queue is expanding, you could display "infinity" or something more
useful.

What do you think?
