[rabbitmq-discuss] Updated RabbitMQ Monitoring for Zabbix

The newest release adds server publish/deliver_get stats for pretty
graphing, and per queue graphs and rates.  I've changed a few of the
default thresholds to be higher (number of messages in a queue for
example), and some other tweaks to the monitoring and template.
