Yes.

You can download a patched federation plugin from 
http://www.rabbitmq.com/releases/plugins/v3.2.2/ now.

Find the existing federation plugin on your system (see 
http://www.rabbitmq.com/plugins.html#installing-plugins) and delete it / 
move it elsewhere. Drop this one in instead.

Hopefully this will fix the problem you are seeing. Let us know how you
