There was a bug introduced in 3.2.0 and fixed in 3.2.1 which caused 
mirrored queues with more than one slave to be quite unreliable; that's 
probably what you've seen mention of. But this is a previously 
unreported bug where mirroring and federation of queues interact badly. 
It will be fixed soon.
