[rabbitmq-discuss] Going crazy solving PRECONDITION_FAILED

I don't understand why we would be getting this error below.  Everything
was working until we have multiple consumer subscriptions created in
rabbit.  Each consumer subscriptions has it own conn/channel.  Please,
please, help.
