This stacktrace does not appear to be from the officially released
object code. Were any changes made to the source before compiling?

Are you sure the stack trace is the first error on any of the nodes? It
looks like there might be another error prior to this, perhaps on
another node, and perhaps in the sasl log.

A large number of bugfixes have been released since 3.1.0, including one
that could lead to queues crashing. Can you replicate the problem with
the latest version?
