Not the mirrored queues but the overall system. Not all queues have
equally important data. In many projects, some queues can be non-mirrored.

Even if all of the queues must be mirrored, you control how many mirrors
every queue has. It is rarely necessary to mirror to more than 3, the probability
of losing more than 2 nodes at the same time is low enough.
