[rabbitmq-discuss] rabbitmq cluster error: join_cluster Error:mnesia_unexpectedly_running

Well, reset really should not be necessary. But the stop_app absolutely 
is (and start_app again afterwards); that's what 
mnesia_unexpectedly_running is saying.
