[rabbitmq-discuss] Counters in minutes instead of seconds in Managements Console (3.1.2)?

Ditto, same behaviour in my case, just sent an email on the ML. Looks like
a bug in the plugin, because I verified there was no issue with data
accuracy. I tried restarting it, still same issue.
