[rabbitmq-discuss] Counters in minutes instead of seconds in Managements Console (3.1.2)?

Hi, 

Counters, pretty much everywhere in Management Console, seem to be around 
60 times larger than they used to be right before 
3.1.2 update (were upgrading from 3.1.1). 

It may be just some misconfiguration issue, but it looks like "2414/s" 
should actually say "2414/min" in most places. Weird, but 
rates jumped x60, while consumers work at same pace (from app logs).

Does anyone else experience same issue? 
Any ideas?
