[rabbitmq-discuss] Error: cannot_discover_cluster: The nodes provided are either offline or not running

I checked the cookie value multiple times.In fact i tried multiple deinstall
and install but the output is same.

I also came across in few forums that the cookie value gets overriden by the
setcookie option of rabbitmq-server.Will it be good idea to use that,If yes
what changes do we need to make in order to use it in rabbitmqctl &
rabbitmq-server as the RabbitMq documentation doesnt mentions much about it.
