[rabbitmq-discuss] ANN Bunny 0.9.0.rc1 is released

Bunny 0.9.0.rc1 is released  [1].

This release adds TLS support and makes Bunny feature complete.
Bunny 0.9 is now solid enough to label it an RC. Please give it a try and
report any issues you may find.

There will be a couple of minor additions before 0.9.0 final and the docs [2] will be
further improved. However, all the important features and design decisions for 0.9
are done and ready for more people to test drive.
