[rabbitmq-discuss] ANN Bunny 0.9.0.pre9 is released

Bunny 0.9.0.pre9 is released to rubygems.org [1]. This is a 100%
backwards-compatible
bug fix release that fixes at least two issues that resulted in abnormally
high CPU
usage [2].

Because of the nature of the issue fixed, I *highly* recommend all users to
