[rabbitmq-discuss] General Questions

Can someone please explain the following:
What are default exchanges used for (anonymous queues?)
How many exchanges are "normal" 
How many queues are "normal"
Are queues usually very general or very specific in nature
Do workers/consumers typically consume from more than one queue or would they consume from a set of related queues

Hopefully some of these questions can be quickly answered so I can start the ball rolling on my next set up questions :)
