[rabbitmq-discuss] Question Regarding making plugin

Thanks for advice me to install msys.I tried with it but I stuck on the new
problem

Thanks for clarifying Simon. Ashutosh - you'll need to go get Cygwin up 
and running then try again. I'd suggest finding a good tutorial if 
you're not familiar with Cygwin.
