[rabbitmq-discuss] Authentication Backend HTTP

Hi,

running rabbitmq-plugins as normal user gives me the following error:

# scripts/rabbitmq-plugins list
Error: {cannot_read_enabled_plugins_file,"/etc/rabbitmq/enabled_plugins",
           eacces}

And that file has RWX access to ALL, but the error still happens:
# ls -l /etc/rabbitmq/enabled_plugins
-rwxrwxrwx 1 rabbitmq rabbitmq 51 Jul  1 19:07 /etc/rabbitmq/enabled_plugins

And the /tmp directory is writable by normal user, so that's not the cause
of the program for the previous error.

Any other ideas?
