[rabbitmq-discuss] Rabbit forgetting users after shutting down both cluster-nodes

Could you please supply the exact transcript so that I can confirm my
diagnosis? I'm interested to know whether you performed a "rabbitmqctl
reset" command between step 3 and 4.
