[rabbitmq-discuss] .NET client Heartbeat setting

	Hi, I noticed that the .NET client ConnectionFactory class ignores the Heartbeat setting passed on the querystring when setting the uri property. I think it should instead, currently the workaround is to set the RequestedHeartbeat property.
