[rabbitmq-discuss] blocked during stopping MQ

Hi Wright,

RabbitMQ usually takes a long time to shutdown if it has a lot of
durable queues and a lot of persistent messages.

If you haven't already, you should upgrade to 2.7.1. The changes in
2.7.0 make file operations faster and RabbitMQ shuts down a lot faster.

Other than upgrading and using fewer durable queues, there's not much
you can do about the slow shutdown.

Cheers,
Alex
