The output of 'rabbitmqctl report' is pretty hefty. Is there anything in
there that we should be looking out for?

I've turned on fine grained statistics and increased the interval to
10000ms but this hasn't had any effect. This did seem to start occurring
after we changed the IP addresses of our two Rabbit servers. What effect
would this have?
