   1. I'm not sure this will work, as the server (= the consumer) has no 
   a-priori knowledge about the files that are about to be sent.. so how can it 
   bind queues to their names? maybe i just misunderstood your answer
   2. In that case, does it mean that the consumer has the responsibility of 
   re-ordering the chunks based on their id's? this is not entirely trivial as 
   i don't want to hold a buffer with the size of the complete file and place 
   the chunks in it..
