[rabbitmq-discuss] Messaging patterns

Hi,

where do you go when you want to get another perspective on messaging?
Where do you go for best practice? Hire the RabbitMQ team? While I'd like
to do that anyway down the track, are there any seminal / inspirational /
new wave books that you guys can point me to? Are there particular meetup
events?

Is staring at AQMP protocol specs the best place? (btw: I once had a
lecturer who was heavily involved in the RFC process for TCP/IP years ago --
he would genuinely recommend that)
In a nutshell, I'm looking for ways to sensibly manage the "conversations"
that go on. i.e. from what goes in the message packet, to the message flow,
and the entities involved.

On the one hand there are weird things like this...

There's FIXML... there's...

thanks,
