Thanks for reply, but my problem is not solve yet using Debian APT
repository.it give an error:
used command after setting deb http://www.rabbitmq.com/debian/ testing main
in /etc/apt/sources.list:

sudo apt-get install rabbitmq-server

sudo: unable to resolve host server01
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree

You might want to run `apt-get -f install' to correct these:
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
rabbitmq-server: Depends: erlang-base (>= 1:12.b.3) but it is not going to
be installed or
                            erlang-base-hipe (>= 1:12.b.3) but it is not
going to be installed
Depends: erlang-ssl but it is not installable or
                            erlang-nox (< 1:13.b-dfsg1-1) but it is not
going to be installed
Depends: erlang-os-mon but it is not installable or
                            erlang-nox (< 1:13.b-dfsg1-1) but it is not
going to be installed
Depends: erlang-mnesia but it is not installable or
                            erlang-nox (< 1:13.b-dfsg1-1) but it is not
going to be installed
Depends: erlang-inets but it is not installable or
                            erlang-nox (< 1:13.b-dfsg1-1) but it is not
going to be installed
E: Unmet dependencies. Try 'apt-get -f install' with no packages (or specify
a solution).
