These errors indicate that you do not have all the dependencies of the
rabbitmq-server package installed.  The dpkg tool will not automatically
install such dependencies for you.  Instead, it is easier to use a
package installation tool that does, such as gdebi, or follow the
instructions at <http://www.rabbitmq.com/debian.html#apt> to make our
packages available for installation through apt-get, aptitude, synaptic,
etc.
