[rabbitmq-discuss] Issue in accessing RabbitMQ Management UI

Hi , 
         This is sunder . I just new with RabbitMQ . I have installed 
successfully in ubuntu10.10 also added Management Plugins as per below link . 

http://www.rabbitmq.com/management.html . 

Problem is i m not able to access management UI 
 (http://192.168.1.40:55672/mgmt) .
