[rabbitmq-discuss] Shovel and Federation

Hello -

I tried to setup an upstream federation, which is already serving another
node as source for shovel. This upstream federation did not go into a
running state until i changed the upstream federation to another node in
the same cluster.

This scenario might sound puzzling. But basically i have a scenario where I
have to multiplex messages for multiple users, based on different
requirements.
