[rabbitmq-discuss] rabbitmqadmin syntax for parameters

Hello

I am trying to run the following command on my centos box

./rabbitmqadmin declare queue name="xyz" durable=true
'arguments={"x-message-ttl":"86400000"}'

and keep getting 

Argument "arguments" not recognised

I am running on 2.8.6

Is there a different way I need to pass the arguments?  Java client api is
working fine.
