RabbitMQ doesn't ship with SNMP support built in, but there appears to have been some effort put into building an SNMP plugin in the past. See http://rabbitmq.1065348.n5.nabble.com/RabbitMQ-SNMP-Plugin-td17177.html and https://github.com/kineticsocial/rabbitmq_snmp_plugin, which might be related to the first post. The plugin on github doesn't look like it's been touched since 2010 (ish) though, so it's likely to have bit-rotted quite a lot.

You may also wish to look at http://www.erlang.org/doc/apps/snmp/ as a reference to Erlang's SNMP support, if (for example) you decide to build a plugin of your own.
