Hello Daniel ,

                     Thanks for the reply , but the mirroring option exists
while creating Queue from
management console -> Queue ->add queue - >type(durable/transient) -Node (
we can chose any node out of 3  ) - mirror (mirror across nodes , do not
mirror ) options exists .

According to the changelogs (http://www.rabbitmq.com/changelog.html) policy
based configuration of mirrored queues didn't come out until version 3.0.  I
believe before then the mirroring policy had to be declared when the queue
was created.  Eager synchronization (sync_queue) wasn't released until
version 3.1.0.
