[rabbitmq-discuss] Leak of diagnostic notification

Hello

Tomorrow I have spent huge amount of time to find why my RabbitMQ stopped
deliver the messages. There is absolutely no any bad things in the log
files, but everything still not works. Only when I have logged in into web
interface I found that disk_free_limit has been exceeded. Why this
information is absent in the log file? Could you add this information in
the logs please?
