[rabbitmq-discuss] Errors during SSL configuration

Hi Michael,
The current permission for cacert.pem is:
-rw-r--r-- 1 service users 1021 Nov 11 07:55 cacert.pem
That means everyone has read permission to this file. What else could be the problem then?
