RabbitMQ currently implements AMQP 0.9.1. AMQP 1.0 is a completely
different protocol,
so RabbitMQ cannot interoperate with those implementations.

There is an experimental plugin that adds AMQP 1.0 support to RabbitMQ.
AFAIK
it is not complete yet.
