The nagios-plugins-rabbitmq module requires at least

  JSON
  Nagios::Plugin
  LWP::UserAgent
  Getopt::Long
  Pod::Usage

You should consult your package manager or CPAN to resolve dependencies.
You may get better support at a Perl forum.
