[rabbitmq-discuss] Recover messages from corrupted persister log RabbitMQ 1.7.2

Probably not I'm afraid. The persister was completely rewritten in 2.0.0 
and the author of the original version has left the team so I'm not sure 
we even have much knowledge left of how it used to work.
