[rabbitmq-discuss] RabbitMQ Trace not working

I realized that even though I had enabled trade using rabbitmqctl, I had 
not enabled the trace plugin. Once I enabled the trace plugin using 
rabbitmq-plugins enable rabbitmq_tracing, I was able to get this to work.
