[rabbitmq-discuss] A non-AMQP exit

While verifying a fix for amq-client today, I've noticed that a couple of
amqp gem examples that
previously passed no longer do. One of them is

I am not sure how to track it down without building rabbit from source. The
test uses the immediate flag so
we will remove it anyway but I thought I should post this here.

If this looks like something serious, I can build rabbit from source, add
more logging and try again.
