Ruby amqp gem 0.9.3 is released to rubygems.org [1].

This is a bug fix release:

* Channel id allocator now releases channel ids after we receive channel.close-ok
   from RabbitMQ, not immediately after AMQP::Channel#close is invoked. This fixes a race condition
   for applications that actively close and reuse channel instances.
