[rabbitmq-discuss] simple federation question

I say this is semi-working because while I have all the right log messages 
indicating that the federation exchange connected and the federation 
management plugin is showing the links as being good when I publish a 
message to the federated exchange it goes to a local generated queue but 
never propagates to the to endpoint nodes.
