[rabbitmq-discuss] 2.8.5: high cpu usage on return from standby

I am still seeing an issue with RabbitMQ service (no clients) having high
cpu usage when returning from standby. It does not happen every time,
though.

Using Process Explorer I see a new cmd.exe being spawned by erl.exe over and
over again, never stopping.

Restarting RabbitMQ Service stops this behavior.

Using Erlang R15B01 (x64) on Windows 7.
