[rabbitmq-discuss] Error: unable to connect to node 'rabbit at localhost': nodedown.

Hello,

This is my first post here. I'm working with celery which has RabbitMQ as a
dependency. After walking through the installation steps, I'm getting the
following errors:

Error: unable to connect to node 'rabbit at localhost': nodedown.

Some platform information:
OS: windows server 2003
Python 2.7

I'm getting the above errors when I enter rabbitmqctl status. I already
started RabbitMQ with the command rabbitmq-service start. Daemon started
successfully.

Please I need help.
