Yes, indeed, we are generating frames that were valid in STOMP 1.0 but
are now invalid in STOMP 1.1.
I have raised a bug and this should be fixed in the next release.
The proposal is:
The subscription id will be determined by the /temp-queue name used
in the reply-to header of the SEND frame.
This id will be documented, just in case the client wants to avoid clashes
with other subscription ids used on her SUBSCRIBE frames.
