[rabbitmq-discuss] File descriptor limits in management plugin

Simon,

I checked the descriptor limit by cat-ing /proc/sys/fs/files-max and
setting it in /etc/security.conf but actually forgot to invoke ulimit
to set the proper user limit. I did that now and everything works
perfectly. Thanks for helping me figure that out.
